Feng Shui for Cars

Your car is an extension of your home and property!

Feng shui for your car? How does this work?
Your car is an extension of your home and property. Many of the same principles in your home apply to your car; keeping it neat, tidy and well maintained.

What you may not realize is that you can place the bagua* onto your car!

The driver’s door is your ‘entryway’, the mouth-of-chi, and represents your career path. WOW! Your vehicle is part of the family as well as all your accumulative possessions.

*if you are unfamiliar with the Bagua Grid, you can find it on my site under the ‘resources tab’.

Let’s bring a few things forwards:

  1. Clean and tidy inside and outside of your car. Dust and clean all surfaces on the floor, dashboard, seats and sort out whatever goes on in the trunk.
  2. Make sure all ‘moving parts’ are working: windshield wipers, door locks, turn signals, tire pressure, pedals and such.
  3. Outside appearances can boost or lower your reputation; regular car washes are required.
  4. If your habit is to snack/eat in the car, be sure to clean up after yourself (just like in the home). Leaving trash in the car cannot attract abundance!
  5. Don’t forget the glove box! It was originally designated to only hold ladies gloves. (!) These days, it can pile up with insurance papers and maintenance materials, take-out napkins, extra masks, maps, coupons, doggy bags and more!
  6. Explain to your spouse and kids (whomever has access to your car) the ‘new rules’ about sitting your vehicle. I once found a half-eaten muffin in the glove box. ‘Someone’ shoved it in there with a napkin and it ruined a perfectly good map. Perhaps a mini garbage bag is required?
  7. This energy also extends to your keys and key chain. Does your key stick? Is your key chain worn out? Keeping things up-to-date does help to keep the vibration positive!

All of our cultivated possessions need to bring us joy and respect in order for them all to ‘work for us’. Keep the vibration high in your environment and you’ll create more abundance in life with ease.
