As a decorator, I use feng shui, to find function & flow, reduce stress and find better balance by reframing or addressing the needs in every  space. As a confidant, and lifestyle coach, I can honestly tell you that feng shui definitely helped my marriage and helped me to focus on what is really important in life.

SELF CARE is one of the first things to focus on: Where are your supports? Using Feng Shui, we can find them in tangible pleasures, surrounding ourselves colourful plants, supportive images and colour therapy. (Things that make you smile!) And then, dive deeper. Discovering the cryptic messages we send ourselves can reveal how we can either support or sabotage our efforts.

Is it time to take a bold move and step into the next year with a positive note?

The first thing you can do is to evaluate your personal stuff: makeup, clothing and jewelry. When you are feeling better with yourself, you can take that next step into helping others.

A 27-part video series (videos are about 5 -10 minutes long) over several weeks to get you through the house and functioning again! GREAT for Seasonal Makeovers! No pressure, you can do this in 27 days if you wish to!

Here’s how it works: You’ll get a 5-minute video sent to your in-box each day with your task (should take 10 minutes).
You’ll be invited to a lively Facebook GROUP to share, review and chat with other lively gals on the call.
~Share with us the cool things you found or experienced with the day’s task!

And then, we start another week. SAME format with a new task every day!

FOR BEST SUCCESS: Make a commitment to do this 10 min task at the same time each day.
(ex: after brushing your teeth, just after lunch, or before you go out.)

  1. One, that deals with the tangibles (we are visual people). We straighten things, clean things to find function & flow.
  2. Then, we look at the energy patterns and cryptic messages you send yourself; things you can’t see so well– you can feel these. You figure out which messages will support your dreams, and which ones that will sabotage your efforts!
  3. The spiritual level. Learning to shift the energy in order to give you an advantage in life. We use intentions, tools and meditation to achieve these goals at a higher level.

I’ve been there. If the ‘vibration’ isn’t quite right, life can be unhappy. I really didn’t belong in a large city, but it seemed to take forever to plan what was right for me!
