Are some people really luckier than others? Are there some people that ‘always’ get what they want out of life? What makes them so different, and so special, than the rest of us?
In feng shui, there is a component of Buddhism; theory about ‘being lucky’ or ‘gathering good luck’. There are several factors to this theory:
~ Fate and Destiny: This is the raw, pre-destined facts of the circumstances you’ve been born into. You’ve been born at this time, in this century, in a chosen country, into these circumstances to thrive /grow/learn/change. You cannot change this fate.
~ Luck: This is about the light that shines favourable on you. Perhaps set up by your ancestors-chi; your light is shining a path and can make things easier for you, if you allow it.
~ Feng Shui: One of the first factors that can help to manipulate circumstances. By moving energy around, you can shift the attitude or outcome of the circumstances. Smaller details, such as where to sit in a meeting to get the best outcome (politics) or which colours motivate a buyer to purchase (marketing) are examples of good feng shui. Feng shui goes farther to explore the missing pieces in your life and choosing productive teams or relationships for a balanced lifestyle.
Feng Shui does not need to be costly. By using your own possessions, and applying simple alterations to your space, you can have everything lined up -to bring luck and opportunities into your life
~ Undertaking good-deeds: A contribution that is proposed to bring you ‘more luck’. By banking your good deeds over time, one can hope to cash in at a future date.
Kindness and good deeds have always been on the humanitarian scale. They don’t cost anything and the results have a ripple effect towards others.
Luck is not just for the lucky!
Are there are a few things you can do today… to support your luck?
